Record Plat definition

Record Plat means the plat of record in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, in and for Sussex County, recorded in Plot Book 69 at Page 4, depicting the Property and all of the Lots and the Common Areas.
Record Plat means the record plat for Forest Ridge of Aurora Subdivision recorded as instrument number 201618118 in the records of Portage County.
