Record Layout definition

Record Layout means the standard instructions and format for transmitting to the Buyer required information for each Mortgage Loan Transmission Files submitted, substantially as stated in Exhibit E, as such standard instructions may be updated or modified from time to time by the Buyer.
Record Layout for data conversion attached hereto as Exhibit G and made a part hereof. Such files shall contain all information with respect to the Receivables and the Other Conveyed Property as of the close of business on the prior Business Day of Servicer necessary to store the appropriate data in Backup Servicer's system from which Backup Servicer will be capable of preparing a weekly trial balance relating to the data; and

Related to Record Layout

  • Record system means any group of records under the control of the division from which a record may be retrieved by a personal identifier such as the name of an individual, number, symbol, or other unique retriever assigned to an individual.

  • Event data recorder (EDR) means a device or function in a vehicle that records the vehicle's dynamic, time-series data during the time period just prior to an event (e.g., vehicle speed vs. time) or during a crash event (e.g., delta-V vs. time), intended for retrieval after the crash event. For the purposes of this definition, the event data does not include audio and video data.
