Record Age definition

Record Age means, with respect to any record or other material (tangible or electronic) containing information and in relation to the Closing Date, the shortest of (a) the length of time since the record or material was created, (b) the length of time since the record or material was last modified, and (c) the length of time since the record or material was last accessed, in each case, if such length of time can be reasonably determined using available information such as any timestamps in the record or material or in related records or materials or, in the case of electronic records, the usage history of the system or encompassing database.

Related to Record Age

  • Child with special needs means a child with one or more of the following conditions:

  • Birth center means a facility or institution, which is not an ambulatory surgical center or a hospital or in a hospital, in which births are planned to occur following a normal, uncomplicated, low-risk pregnancy.

  • registered graduate means a graduate registered under this Act;

  • Authorized agency means any duly constituted criminal investigative department or agency of the United States or of this State; the Department of Insurance; the Department of Revenue; the Department of Public Safety; the Workers' Compensation Commission; the State Accident Fund; the Second Injury Fund; the Employment Security Commission; the Department of Consumer Affairs; the Human Affairs Commission; the Department of Health and Environmental Control; the Department of Social Services; the Department of Health and Human Services; the Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation; all other state boards, commissions, and agencies; the Office of the Attorney General of South Carolina; or the prosecuting attorney of any judicial circuit, county, municipality, or political subdivision of this State or of the United States, and their respective employees or personnel acting in their official capacity.

  • Routing Point means the location which a LEC has designated on its own network as the homing or routing point for traffic inbound to Exchange Service provided by the LEC which bears a certain NPA-NXX designation. The Routing Point is employed to calculate mileage measurements for the distance-sensitive transport element charges of Switched Access services. The Routing Point need not be the same as the Rating Point, nor must it be located within the Rate Center area, but must be in the same LATA as the NPA-NXX.
