Recompleting definition

Recompleting means any activity conducted for the purpose of enhancing production from a Subject Well, including: operations constituting or associated with workovers, secondary recovery, pressure maintenance, repressuring and recycling.
Recompleting means the actual presence of a rig and workers at a Commercial Well's location, and the rig's active, continuous use by the workers in an attempt to open one or more new zones for production of oil and/or gas in addition to the zones or zones from which the Commercial Well has been producing.

Examples of Recompleting in a sentence

  • Recompleting the well in a common source of supply which is not listed on the current unexpired Permit to Drill for the well.

  • Consent to the Reworking, Recompleting or Plugging Back of a well shall include all necessary expenditures in conducting such operations and Completing and equipping of said well, including necessary tankage and/or surface facilities.

  • If such a Reworking, Recompleting or Plugging Back operation is proposed during such recoupment period, the provisions of this Article VI.B. shall be applicable as between said Consenting Parties in said well.

  • Similarly, an election not to participate in the Completing or Recompleting of a well shall be deemed an election not to participate in any Reworking operation proposed in a well, or portion of it, to which the initial non-consent election applied that is conducted at any time prior to full recovery by the Consenting Parties of the Non-Consenting Party’s recoupment amount.

  • They propose giving one full page (the Community Page) each week to a different parish council.

  • The Parties participating in any Deepening, Testing, Completing, Sidetracking, Plugging Back, Recompleting or Reworking of any well drilled under this Agreement shall be permitted to use, free of cost, all casing, tubing and other equipment in the well that is not needed for operations by the owners of the wellbore, but the ownership of all such equipment shall remain unchanged.

  • Recompletion means the completion for production of an existing well bore in another formation from which the well has been previously completed.
