Recognized Component definition

Recognized Component means a product that is part of a Registered Product, but not itself a functional Transmitter or a functional Receiver, such as for example and without limitation an IC, coil, or magnetic shielding material for which the brand name, product name, type number, and picture match a publicly visible entry in the Recognized Component Database.

  • Class D Component The Component having such designation.

  • Recognized Amount means, for purposes of this section only, an amount determined pursuant a state law that provides a method for determining the total amount payable for the item or service (if applicable); or, if there is no state law that provides a method for determining the total amount payable for the item or service, the lesser of the Qualifying Payment Amount or billed charges.

  • Class C Component The Component having such designation.

  • Scrutinized company means any company not described in subsection (10) that has business operations that involve contracts with or provision of supplies or services to the government of Iran; companies in which the government of Iran has any direct or indirect equity share, consortiums, or projects commissioned by the government of Iran; or companies involved in consortiums and projects commissioned by the government of Iran and 1 or more of the following:

  • DoD recognized unique identification equivalent means a unique identification method that is in commercial use and has been recognized by DoD. All DoD recognized unique identification equivalents are listed at http://www.acq.osd.mil/dpap/pdi/uid/iuid_equivalents.html.
