Subject to this Clause 23 (Changes to the Finance Parties), the Lender shall, as soon as reasonably practicable after receipt by it of a duly completed Transfer Certificate and Recognition Deed appearing on its face to comply with the terms of this Agreement and delivered in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
The Borrower (for itself and on behalf of each other Obligor) agrees with such Accordion Facility Lender as set out in the Recognition Deed.
