Reciprocal Property definition

Reciprocal Property means that certain real property within the City of Chula Vista, California (sometimes referred to herein as the "Land"), together with the improvements located thereon (sometimes referred to herein as the "Improvements") all as more fully described in Exhibit "C" attached hereto.

Examples of Reciprocal Property in a sentence

  • For the purposes of this Agreement said real property is hereinafter referred to as the "Reciprocal Property".

  • Capital is the legal and lawful owner of the Reciprocal Property pursuant to the laws of the State of California and is authorized by the laws of the State of California to transfer the Reciprocal Property to the City and perform the actions and duties of HCCP as more particularly described herein.

  • HCCP has disclosed to City all material facts with respect to the Reciprocal Property to which HCCP has access.
