Recipient Notes definition

Recipient Notes means all copies, notes, summaries, calculations, conclusions or summaries and other material (in whatever form or medium including written, visual or electronic) made or derived by or on behalf of Recipient or its Representatives wholly or in part from Confidential Information or from inspection or evaluation of Confidential Information.
Recipient Notes means the notes to be issued and delivered by the Recipient in accordance with Article IV, and purchased by the Corporation, in order to evidence the Recipient's obligation to repay the Short-Term Financing, which notes shall have Maximum Principal Sums equal in the aggregate to the Maximum Principal Amount.

  • Senior Noteholder means any Holder of Senior Notes of any Series.

  • Equipment Notes means, at any time, the Series A Equipment Notes, the Series B Equipment Notes and the Series C Equipment Notes, collectively, and in each case, any Equipment Notes issued in exchange therefor or replacement thereof pursuant to the terms of the Indentures.
