Examples of recipient information in a sentence

  • The Recipient will pay any money owing to the Province by cheque payable to the “Ontario Minister of Finance” and delivered to the Province as provided for in Schedule “B” (Recipient Information).

  • Despite section 4.2 (Execution of Amending Agreements), an amending agreement under section 4.1 (Amendments) for amendments pursuant to sections C3.2 (Amending Agreement for Changes to the Eligible Projects List), D2.2 (Amending Agreement for Changes to Annual Allocations) or F7.2 (Amending Agreement for Changes to the Reporting) may be executed by the respective authorized representatives of the Parties listed in Schedule “B” (Recipient Information).
