Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, within sixty (60) days after Intel provides an intercompany charge to the Subsidiary with respect to an Award, each Subsidiary shall pay to Intel the Recharge Amount, as determined pursuant to paragraph c.

You may elect to authorise us to automatically top-up your Account Balance by a certain amount (Recharge Amount) by charging your nominated credit or debit card (Nominated Card) when your Account Balance reaches, or drops below, a certain amount (Minimum Account Balance) (Automatic Top-Up Feature).
