Receiving Party Representative definition

Receiving Party Representative means the Provider Representative (if Provider is the Receiving Party) or the Company Representative (if the Company is the Receiving Party), as applicable; and “BP Premises” means the San Diego Premises other than the Verenium Sublet Premises.
