receiving Committee means the Economic Development Committee;
receiving Committee means the Environment and Public Services Committee;
receiving Committee means the collective party composed of employees of the Company or third parties defined in Article 8A case 1c of this Regulation, and which is responsible for the quantitative and qualitative receipt of the object of the contract in accordance with the technical requirements and specifications specified in the contract.

  • In addition, if at any time before the Performance Award Vesting Date Employee’s age plus tenure with the Company equals at least 65 years (as further described in Section 3(b) of this Agreement), then, subject to the terms and conditions specified on Exhibit “A,” the portion of the Performance Award payable hereunder, if any, shall vest subject (i) to receiving Committee Certification, and (ii) to the proration rules set forth in Section 3(b) of this Agreement.
