Received Information definition

Received Information means (a) with respect to Sterling, all Information furnished by, of or concerning BASF or any of its Representatives to Sterling or any of its Representatives pursuant to this Agreement, and all analyses, compilations, forecasts, studies or other documents prepared by Sterling or any of its Representatives which contain or reflect any of such Information, and (b) with respect to BASF, all Information furnished by, of or concerning Sterling or any of its Representatives to BASF or any of its Representatives pursuant to this Agreement and all analyses, compilations, forecasts, studies or other documents prepared by BASF or any of its Representatives which contain or reflect any of such Information.
Received Information means information received from the server for public notices through information acquisition task;
Received Information means any information that the ESS Provider receives in its capacity as ESS Provider under this agreement.

Examples of Received Information in a sentence

  • With respect to a receiving Party, such information will be referred to individually or collectively as “Received Information and Materials,” provided that Received Information and Materials will not include information disclosed under any Excluded Agreement.

  • Received Information must be returned to BI, whereby no copies thereof may be retained by Contractual Partner.

  • Without limiting clause 23.2, the ESS Provider must not use or disclose Received Information for any purpose other than providing the Services under this agreement.

  • The Received Information is deemed to be “confidential information” for the purposes of the PNR and “confidential information” and “commercially sensitive information” (as applicable) for the purposes of the PNAC.

  • All the foregoing information is collectively referred to as the "Received Information" and is stored by SBDB Software Pty Ltd.

  • Rule 100 of the PNR applies as a term of this agreement in respect of any “other entities’ data” (as defined in rule 100) contained in the Received Information.

  • Countrywide Received Information Concerning Risks and Quality of Its Mortgage Loans During the period from August 2005 to 2007, Countrywide received information regarding the performance and characteristics of loans that it originated under various products and programs and securitized into RMBS.
