Received Currency definition

Received Currency has the meaning given to such term in Section 13.06(a) hereof.
Received Currency has the meaning specified in Section 8.07.
Received Currency shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13.17(a).

Examples of Received Currency in a sentence

  • If not otherwise required to be applied in the Received Currency, the Cash Manager, acting on behalf of the Security Trustee, shall promptly convert any moneys in such Received Currency other than U.S. dollars into U.S. dollars.

  • In the event that, as a result of the exchange rate variations set forth in this Section 2.06(a), funds received by Bank in the Received Currency exceed the corresponding amounts due in the Contractual Currency (including but not limited to principal, accrued interest and associated costs and expenses, if any), such excess amount shall be promptly remitted to Borrower.

  • Approved Currency means each of Dollars and each Alternate Currency.

  • Agreed Currency means Dollars or any Alternative Currency, as applicable.

  • Fiat Currency means a currency issued by a country's government or central bank.

  • Specified Currency means the currency specified as such hereon or, if none is specified, the currency in which the Notes are denominated.

  • Payment Currency has the meaning given in Clause 21.4;

  • Underlying Currency means the Underlying Currency as specified in § 2 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Denomination Currency has the meaning specified in Section 14(b).

  • Second Currency has the meaning specified in Section 14.19.

  • Relevant Currency means the currency specified as such or, if none is specified, the currency in which the Notes are denominated;

  • Settlement Currency means Pounds sterling ("GBP").

  • Optional Currency means a currency (other than the Base Currency) which complies with the conditions set out in Clause 4.3 (Conditions relating to Optional Currencies).

  • Domestic Currency means the currency specified as such and any successor currency. If no currency is so specified, the Domestic Currency shall be the lawful currency and any successor currency of (i) the relevant Reference Entity, if the Reference Entity is a Sovereign, or (ii) the jurisdiction in which the relevant Reference Entity is organised, if the Reference Entity is not a Sovereign. In no event shall Domestic Currency include any successor currency if such successor currency is the lawful currency of any of Canada, Japan, Switzerland, the United Kingdom or the United States of America or the euro (or any successor currency to any such currency).

  • Committed Currencies means lawful currency of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, lawful currency of The Swiss Federation, lawful currency of Japan, Euro and any other currency requested by the applicable Borrower that can be provided by all Lenders.

  • Original Currency has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.17.

  • Judgment Currency has the meaning specified in Section 10.19.

  • Available Currency means Dollars.

  • Applicable Currency means as to any particular payment or Loan, Dollars or the Alternative Currency in which such payment or Loan is denominated or is payable.

  • Required Currency has the meaning specified in Section 1.16.

  • National Currency means the currency, other than the Euro, of a Participating Member State.

  • Termination Currency means United States Dollars.

  • Class Currency means the currency in which a Share Class of a Fund is designated as determined by the Directors and disclosed in the Prospectus in relation to such Fund.

  • Party A Currency Amount In respect of each Party A Calculation Period, an amount in Dollars equal to the principal amount outstanding of the Relevant Notes on the first day of such Calculation Period (after taking into account any redemption on such day).
