In the event that any Weekly Sold Receivables Report identifies any Sold Receivables Deficit in excess of the Sold Receivables Threshold, the Seller shall promptly, but in any event within two (2) Business Days following the related Weekly Reporting Date, (i) designate additional Pool Receivables as Sold Receivables and/or (ii) reduce the outstanding Capital of the Purchasers in accordance with Section 2.02(d), in each case, in an amount necessary to eliminate the related Sold Receivables Deficit.
