Receivables Register definition
Receivables Register means a register of Receivables for each Trust and Warehouse Trust maintained by the Servicer and stored on computer disk or other electronic form. In relation to Mortgages it shall contain the information in respect of each Mortgage set out in Schedule 1.

Subject to the succeeding provision of this clause, the Servicer fully indemnifies the Trustee from and against any expense, loss, damage or liability which the Trustee may incur as a consequence of a Servicer Transfer Event, or a failure by the Servicer to perform its duties under this Agreement, including, without limitation, a failure to deliver the Relevant Documents to the Trustee when it is required to do so or to keep the Receivables Register in accordance with this Agreement.
