RECEIVABLES PUT OPTION definition
RECEIVABLES PUT OPTION shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(c).
RECEIVABLES PUT OPTION means the option purchased by Company to sell certain account receivables of The Heil▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇pany for an aggregate amount equal to no greater than $3,000,000, the terms and conditions of which shall be reasonably satisfactory to Syndication Agent and Administrative Agent.
