Receivables Debtor definition
Receivables Debtor means any Person obligated on a Receivable.
Receivables Debtor means any Person who is obligated to pay a Receivable to the Borrower or any Subsidiary Guarantor. Register shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 10.05(c). Regulated Substances shall mean any substance, including without limitation Solid Waste, the generation, manufacture, processing, distribution, treatment, storage, disposal, transport, recycling, reclamation, use, reuse or other management or mismanagement of which is regulated by the Environmental Laws.
