In addition, as provided in 4.5.3, a Common Unitholder may be required to re-contribute amounts previously distributed to it with respect to its Common Units in an aggregate amount up to such Common Unitholder’s Recallable Amount (together with the Undrawn Commitment, the “Available Commitment”).
