Recall status definition
Recall status means that period of time that the teacher is on unpaid leave prior to being returned to work.
Recall status means that period of time that the teacher is on unpaid leave prior to being returned to work. 39-1-6 “Recall” shall mean notification of, and return to, active service in the District of a teacher(s) on layoff status.
Examples of Recall status in a sentence
Recall status is recognized for a thirty (30) twelve (12) month period from date of layoff.
Recall status of a laid-off probationary consultant shall be for a period of six (6) months from the effective date of layoff.
Recall status is recognized for a twelve (12) month period from date of layoff.
