Recall incident definition
Recall incident means each incident where it is necessary to recover possession or control of finished goods from any distributor, purchaser or user because finished goods you manufactured are, or are reasonably suspected to be, unfit or dangerous.

In the event that such recall results from the breach of DPT's warranties under this Agreement, DPT shall be responsible for the expenses of the Recall, in any case not to exceed one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) per Recall incident.
