REC Meter definition

REC Meter means as defined in Section 6.1.

  • The REC Meter shall be installed, operated, maintained and tested in accordance with Good Utility Practice, NEPOOL GIS requirements, and any applicable requirements and standards issued by the Interconnecting Utility.

  • If Seller opts out of the CL&P specified REC Meter equipment level, Seller shall be responsible for all incremental costs associated with this opt out.

  • CL&P will collect data from the REC Meter to be used for the determination of the quantity of LRECs or ZRECs created by NEPOOL GIS.

  • Seller shall be required to purchase and install a REC Meter meeting the specifications required by CL&P.

  • Cubic Meter or "m3" means the volume of Petroleum which occupies one (1) cubic meter and equals 264.1721 United States gallons and 6.2898108 barrels.
