Rebate Scheme definition

Rebate Scheme means a scheme in relation to the payment of Rebates (if any) that are available to Residential Qualifying Customers and Other Qualifying Customers on payments for the use of and connection to the Company’s electricity distribution network and where:
Rebate Scheme means any medicines rebate scheme which is applicable to the Plasma Products, including the Voluntary Scheme for Branded Medicines Pricing, Access and Growth ("VPAG") and any replacement scheme
Rebate Scheme means the scheme described in this document which is subject to the Evaluation Process and the Evaluation Criteria.

  • The Good Health Rebate Scheme is based on the Company personal leave entitlements and does not include eligibility to receive a portion of unused United Water sick leave entitlements.

  • To avoid doubt, the Claim submitted in accordance with clause (1) must include a claim by the Retailer for administration fee in respect of the Rebate Scheme.

  • Unused personal leave will not be paid out on termination of employment unless the Employee is eligible to receive the Good Health Rebate Scheme – refer clause 7.2.9 of this Agreement.

  • The Parties hereby agree that the SME Tariff Rebate Scheme as set out in the Letter Agreement No. 5 shall, upon its expiry on 31 August 2022, be extended for a period up to and including 30 June 2023.

  • Students who opt to use personal laptops via the Laptop Rebate Scheme (see the FGR website ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇/▇▇▇ will have the same access to facilities and support as University staff.
