Reasonably obtainable definition

Reasonably obtainable means that a copy or reasonable facsimile of the record must be obtainable from a private entity or government agency by request and upon payment of a processing fee, if any.
Reasonably obtainable by Borrower or similar terms, when qualifying Borrower's obligation to deliver a report, statement or other item hereunder, shall take into account the other obligations of Borrower and Borrower Parent/Sponsor under the Loan Documents that may relate to the preparation and/or delivery of such report, statement or other item, and shall be construed to mean reasonably obtainable by the Borrower, its asset manager, its property manager, and/or Borrower Parent/Sponsor.
