Reasonably Efficient Operator definition

Reasonably Efficient Operator means as defined by RICS from time to time in the RICS Red Book – RICS Valuation Professional Standards : Valuation Practice Guidance Application 4 – Valuation of Individual Trade Related Properties.
Reasonably Efficient Operator means a reasonably efficient operator which has a different basic cost function to Eircom and does not yet enjoy the same economies of scale and scope as Eircom;
Reasonably Efficient Operator means the assumption that the operator of a business conducted on the subject property is acting in an efficient manner, and involves the valuer estimating the trading potential rather than adopting the actual level of trade under the existing ownership;
