Reasonably compatible definition

Reasonably compatible means that there is no significant discrepancy between information declared by a member or applicant and other information available to the agency. More specific policies and procedures for determining whether a declaration is reasonably compatible are detailed in Oklahoma's Verification Plan.
Reasonably compatible means the amount of a per- son's self-attested income (as defined in WAC 182-500- 0100) and the amount of a person's income verified via elec- tronic data sources are either both above or both below the applicable income standard for Washington apple health (WAH). When self-attested income is less than the standard for WAH, but income from available data sources is more than the WAH standard, or when the self-attested income cannot be verified via electronic data sources, the self- attested income is considered not reasonably compatible.
Reasonably compatible means has the same meaning as the term is defined in 45 CFR Section 155.300(d), providing that information the Exchange obtained through electronic data sources, information provided by the applicant, or other information in the records of the Exchange shall be considered to be reasonably compatible with an applicant’s attestation if the difference or discrepancy does not impact the applicant’s eligibility of the applicant, including the amount of APTC or the category of CSR.
