Reasonable Offer definition

Reasonable Offer means the offer of a position that meets all the following conditions:
Reasonable Offer means an offer to settle all or any material part of the Claim on terms that:
Reasonable Offer means a position classified at the employee’s substantive level where the employee will be able to satisfactorily carry out the duties of that position with a reasonable amount of training.

Examples of Reasonable Offer in a sentence

  • The recommendations and decisions by other Joint Redeployment Planning Teams and other Joint Reasonable Offer Teams are without prejudice and cannot be used as precedents in grievance arbitration.
