Reasonable Deadline Date definition
Reasonable Deadline Date means a deadline date set by the Contractor in accordance with the agreed schedule of deadline dates or, if the schedule has not yet been agreed or does not cover the work in question, such deadline date as may be reasonably set by the Employer;
