reasonable control definition

reasonable control mean those items in the possession of Seller's agents or independent contractors under direct contract with Seller or its affiliates, and the term "affiliate" means any entity or person controlled by, controlling or under common control with a named person or entity.
reasonable control shall include but shall not be limited to the ability to request a replacement.
