Rear Setback Line definition

Rear Setback Line means a line drawn parallel to and as far back from the rear lot line as is necessary to provide for the Rear Setback. See Figure 01 and Figure 02 appended to this Ordinance.
Rear Setback Line means the imagine ray line extending across the full width of a lot, generally parallel to the Rear Lot Line between which no building, structure, or portion thereof shall be permitted, erected, constructed, or placed unless specifically allowed by the River Edge Colorado PUD Guide and this Declaration, as applicable.
Rear Setback Line means the distance between a rear Lot line of a Lot and the nearest setback line parallel thereto and shall extend between side Lot lines.

  • Rear lot line means the lot line farthest from and opposite to the front lot line;

  • Diameter at Breast Height (DBH) means the diameter of the trunk of a mature tree generally measured at a point four and a half feet above ground level from the uphill side of the tree. For species of trees where the main trunk divides below the 4 ½ foot height, the DBH shall be measured at the highest point before any division.
