Rear plot line definition

Rear plot line means any plot line, other than a street line, which is parallel to the front plot line or within forty-five degrees of being parallel to the front plot line. Where two or more plot lines meet, the foregoing designation which has the smallest acute angle, or the center of which is farther from the center of the front plot line, shall be designated the rear plot line, and the other plot line shall be designated a side plot line.

  • Rear lot line means the lot line farthest from and opposite to the front lot line;

  • Lot line means any boundary of a lot.

  • Front Lot Line means the front lot line as defined in the Town's Zoning By-law No. 1136 (1987), as amended, or any successor thereto.
