Rear cut definition

Rear cut means the rear half cut of a vehicle comprising of the following components as a unit: part of the floorboard, rear doors and upholstery, rear floor panel, rear windscreen, lamps, rear bumper and both rear quarter panels, part of the rear roof, rear boot door, rear hub, rear suspension, rear roof panel support (rear pillar).‌

  • Rear Yard means a yard extending across the full width of a lot between the rear lot line of the lot, or where there is no rear lot line, the junction point of the side lot lines, and the nearest wall of the nearest main building or structure on the lot;

  • Pre-Funding Amount With respect to any date, the amount on deposit in the Pre-Funding Account.

  • Overcollateralization Floor With respect to any Distribution Date, 0.50% of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the Cut-off Date.

  • Rear lot line means the lot line farthest from and opposite to the front lot line;

  • CVV, CVV2, CVC2 or PVV means the security digits encoded on the Card, printed on the Card signature strip or appearing elsewhere on the Card.
