Rear building definition

Rear building means the existing parking garage located at the rear of the Lands, to be converted to an Infill One-Family Dwelling pursuant to the DP Application;
Rear building means any building on the rear of a lot or behind a principal building. No rear building shall be erected, designed, intended or arranged to be used in violation of the restrictions established in Section 1135.04 for accessory buildings.
