Reallocated Amount definition

Reallocated Amount means, with respect to any Revolving Facility, the amount of the unused Revolving Commitments of such Revolving Facility reallocated to the Revolving Commitments of any other Revolving Facility pursuant to a Reallocation Request; provided, that the total Reallocated Amount shall not exceed the lesser of (a) the unused Revolving Commitments of such Revolving Facility on the date of such request, and (b) $400,000,000 (as such amount may be reduced from time to time in accordance with Section 2.4(a)).
Reallocated Amount means the amount of the unused Total Acquisition Revolving Commitments reallocated to the Total Working Capital Revolving Commitments pursuant to a Reallocation Request; provided, that the total Reallocated Amount shall not exceed the lesser of (a) the unused Total Acquisition Revolving Commitments on the date of such request, and (b) $75,000,000 (as such amount may be reduced from time to time in accordance with Section 2.4(a)).

  • Reallocated Principal Collections means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the product of (a) the Principal Allocation Percentage with respect to such Monthly Period, (b) the aggregate amount of Collections in respect of Principal Receivables deposited in the Collection Account for such Monthly Period and (c) the sum of the Class B Floating Percentage and the Collateral Floating Percentage with respect to such Monthly Period.
