Reallocated Amount definition
Reallocated Amount shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.24(a).
Reallocated Amount means, with respect to any Revolving Facility, the amount of the unused Revolving Commitments of such Revolving Facility reallocated to the Revolving Commitments of any other Revolving Facility pursuant to a Reallocation Request; provided, that the total Reallocated Amount shall not exceed the lesser of (a) the unused Revolving Commitments of such Revolving Facility on the date of such request, and (b) $400,000,000 (as such amount may be reduced from time to time in accordance with Section 2.4(a)).
Reallocated Amount and “Reallocation Request” as set forth in Section 1.1 of the Credit Agreement are hereby amended and restated in their entirety as follows:
Examples of Reallocated Amount in a sentence
In the event a Limited Partner ceases to be a Limited Partner for any reason, unless otherwise determined by the General Partner, such Person’s non-vested Profit Participation Percentage and such Person’s Reallocated Amount (i.e., the interest that such former Limited Partner is not entitled to retain pursuant to Section 5.6) shall be reallocated to the General Partner.
