Realized Return definition

Realized Return means, with respect to the Partners, at any specified time, the internal rate of return, determined on the basis of annual compounding from the time of contribution, realized by the Partners (viewed collectively) taking into account: (i) all Contributions and Minimum Fee Contributions made by the Partners to the Partnership, (ii) all distributions made (or deemed made pursuant to Section 7.4.4) to the Partners pursuant to Section 7.4.1(a), (b) and (c) on or before such time, and (iii) all distributions of property at its Fair Market Value;
