Realizable Assets definition

Realizable Assets as defined in Section 8.12(d).
Realizable Assets means the assets of the Company and its Subsidiaries after allowances for obsolete and excess inventory and doubtful accounts, all calculated in accordance with GAAP.
Realizable Assets has the meaning set forth in Section 10.07(c).

  • Fitch Eligible Assets means the assets of the Company set forth in the Fitch Guidelines as eligible for inclusion in calculating the Agency Discounted Value of the Company’s assets in connection with Fitch’s ratings then assigned on any series of the MRP Shares.

  • Fixed Assets means the Equipment and Real Estate of the Borrower.

  • Aggregated Assets for a particular Strategy shall mean the assets of all registered investment companies managed by the Adviser that are managed by the Sub-Adviser pursuant to that Strategy, including Portfolio Assets.
