Realisation Account definition
Realisation Account means each account maintained from time to time by Advent for the purposes of clause 7 at the main branch of the Account Bank or such other branch of the Account Bank as the Trustee may from time to time approve;
Realisation Account means each account maintained from time to time by the Security Trustee for the purposes of Clause 8.7 (Realisation Accounts).
Realisation Account means the account established by the Security Trustee pursuant to paragraph 2.2 of Schedule 4 (Security Trust).
