Real Time Transaction definition

Real Time Transaction means the transactions contemplated by that certain Asset Purchase Agreement, dated as of May 15, 2017, by and between the Seller and Real Time, Inc. (including, among other things, the sale and transfer of certain assets and certain liabilities of the Seller primarily related to the Seller’s “Linux and Real-Time” business);
Real Time Transaction means a transaction between the Exchange and The Solution where data is sent from the Exchange to The Solution and requires processing by The Solution and a response to the Exchange.

Examples of Real Time Transaction in a sentence

  • The Real Time Transaction Fees shall be calculated at a certain rate of the transacted amount through Alipay between Merchant and buyers of the ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇ Website (the “Rate”) and deducted real-time via Alipay Services from the transacted amount in each transaction between Merchant and buyers.

  • Other reporting mechanisms apart from the Real Time Transaction Reports may be made available to MERCHANT, such “on-demand” reports may be accessed by a designated officer of MERCHANT.

  • However, no refunds of Real Time Transaction Fees will be made if refund applications are filed offline, regardless of what evidence Merchant adduced to demonstrate or prove that the relevant transaction(s) and product(s) are refunded and returned to Merchant.
