Real-Time Dispatch definition

Real-Time Dispatch is defined in Appendix A of the CAISO Tariff.
Real-Time Dispatch means a schedule determined by the market clearing engine that contains the actual quantities of energy, reserve and regulation schedule in respect of a registered facility;
Real-Time Dispatch means a schedule determined by the marrket clearing engine that contains the actual quantities of energy reserve and regulation schedule in respect of a regisstered facility;

Examples of Real-Time Dispatch in a sentence

  • Owner shall provide oral or written notice to CAISO as soon as possible in advance of the first Real-Time Dispatch of the Requested Operation Period stating why it cannot provide the requested service from the Unit identified in the Dispatch Notice, identifying the Substitute Unit, describing the services it will provide from the Substitute Unit and specifying the charges applicable to service from the Substitute Unit.

  • Any dispatch level that clears the Competitive Constraints Run of the MPM-RRD process through the submission of Economic Bids or Self-Schedules, and is reflected in the Day- Ahead Schedule or Real-Time Dispatch, shall be deemed a Market Transaction.

  • For purposes of determining whether existing capability on the NYS Transmission System is adequate to accommodate a request for Firm Transmission Service under this Tariff, the ISO shall employ Security Constrained Unit Commitment (“SCUC”), Real-Time Commitment (“RTC”) and Real-Time Dispatch (“RTD”) programs in accordance with Attachment C.

Related to Real-Time Dispatch

  • Real-Time Price means the Resource-Specific Settlement Interval LMP as defined in the CAISO Tariff. If there is more than one applicable Real-Time Price for the same period of time, Real-Time Price shall mean the price associated with the smallest time interval.

  • Real-time means the actual time during which a process or event occurs.

  • Real-Time Market has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.

  • Real-time Offer means a new offer or an update to a Market Seller’s existing cost-based or market-based offer for a clock hour, submitted for use after the close of the Day-ahead Energy Market.

  • Real-time Energy Market means the purchase or sale of energy and payment of Transmission Congestion Charges for quantity deviations from the Day-ahead Energy Market in the Operating Day.
