Real Property-SPD definition

Real Property-SPD means the real property and interests in real property described in the Deed of Trust and all improvements and fixtures thereon and all appurtenances thereto.

Examples of Real Property-SPD in a sentence

  • A paid mortgagee policy of title insurance in the amount of US$2,000,000.00 insuring that the Deed of Trust creates in favor of Agent a first priority lien on the Real Property-SPD.
