Real Property Information definition

Real Property Information means all documents in Debtors’ possession, custody, or control related to property taxes, leases, contracts, security, insurance, or administration or potential sales (but with respect to potential sales, only information reasonably locatable dated 2008 or later) of an Owned Site.
Real Property Information means all non-privileged documents in Reorganized Debtors’ possession, custody, or control, or reasonably obtainable by Reorganized Debtors, related to property ownership, property taxes, leases, contracts, security, insurance, or administration or potential sales of a DPH Site.
Real Property Information means documents in Settlors’ possession related to title, easements and other real property information relating to the Cimarron Site.

  • Buyer agrees not to rely upon the Resident Owner’s (Weichert Seller’s) Real Property Information Statement, or any other Property condition inspection reports provided by Weichert, as a substitute for a thorough inspection of the Property by Buyer.

  • In connection with any request by the Borrowers to add a new Borrowing Base Property, Parent Borrower shall provide Administrative Agent with the Property Information, and the Administrative Agent shall promptly furnish such Real Property Information and other information to the Lenders.

  • After the Effective Date, the Debtors, the Liquidating Trust, and their successors shall continue to reasonably cooperate and respond to requests for Environmental Information and Real Property Information for a period of no less than six (6) months after the Effective Date.
