Such security interests and Liens will be created under the Collateral Documents and other security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust and other instruments and documents in form and substance satisfactory to the Collateral Agent, and the Borrower shall deliver or cause to be delivered to the Lenders all such instruments and documents (consistent with the Real Estate Documentation Requirements) as the Collateral Agent shall reasonably request to evidence compliance with this Section.

Schedule 4.11 also attaches a copy of all of documentation associated with the Real Estate Leases (as listed on Schedule 4.11) that is in Deb's possession ("Real Estate Documentation").
