Real Estate Documentation definition

Real Estate Documentation means the instruments, documents and agreements executed and/or delivered by the Companies to the Agent in order to convey to the Agent for the benefit of the Lenders a first priority security interest in, lien on and security title (subject to Permitted Encumbrances) to the right, title and interest of the Companies in and to the Primary Real Estate Collateral and the Other Real Estate Collateral described therein and other rights ancillary thereto, all in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Agent. The Real Estate Documentation shall include, without limitation, all financing statements, landlord waivers, mortgages, and amendments thereto, mortgage title insurance binders and policies, and surveys or updates thereof.
Real Estate Documentation. With respect to each parcel of real property owned by Monroc, Treasure Valley Concrete, Inc. or Big Horn Redi-Mix, Inc., a duly executed Mortgage, together with: (a) an ALTA Loan Title Insurance commitment issued by an insurer acceptable to the Agent, insuring the Agent's Lien on such parcel and containing such endorsements as the Agent may reasonably require (it being understood that the amount of coverage, exceptions to coverage and status of title set forth in such commitment shall be reasonably acceptable to the Agent); and (b) if requested by the Agent, copies of all documents of record concerning such parcel as shown on such commitment.
Real Estate Documentation means that certain Promissory Note dated June, 1993 payable to Metlife Capital Corporation (and thereafter assigned to General Electric Capital Corporation) in the sum of $675,000 secured by a Deed of Trust on real property known as CAI Store Location No. 27.

  • Such security interests and Liens will be created under the Collateral Documents and other security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust and other instruments and documents in form and substance satisfactory to the Collateral Agent, and the Borrower shall deliver or cause to be delivered to the Lenders all such instruments and documents (consistent with the Real Estate Documentation Requirements) as the Collateral Agent shall reasonably request to evidence compliance with this Section.
