Real estate consulting means the performance of con- sulting services in accordance with Standards 4 and 5 of the uni- form standards of professional appraisal practice.
Real estate consulting means providing information, analysis of data, and recommendations or conclusions on diversified problems in real estate, other than an opinion of value. Consulting includes but is not limited to: land utilization studies; highest and best use analyses; real estate marketability, feasibility or investment studies; and other such research related real estate studies or services;
Real estate consulting means the performance of consulting services in accordance with Standards 4 and 5 of the uniform standards of appraisal practice as specified in Appendix I.
