Real Estate Assignments definition

Real Estate Assignments means the instrument or instruments (in form and content reasonably satisfactory to Purchaser and Seller) pursuant to which Seller will assign to Purchaser all of Seller’s right, title and interest, domestic and foreign, state, federal and common law, in and to the Assumed Leases, including the instrument in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit G.
Real Estate Assignments means the assignments in the form attached hereto as Exhibit E.

  • Each of the Transition Services Agreement, the Local Bills of Sale, the Intellectual Property Agreements, the Amended LLC Agreement, the Registration Rights Agreement, the Supply Agreement and the Real Estate Assignments with respect to the owned Real Property shall have been executed and delivered by the parties thereto (other than any of the Sellers or their Affiliates).
