Reaffirmation Vote definition

Reaffirmation Vote means an election following the submission of a successful recall petition to determine if a City Official will be "reaffirmed" or "removed" from office.

Related to Reaffirmation Vote

  • Reaffirmation Agreement means that certain Reaffirmation Agreement dated as of the Closing Date made by each Borrower in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

  • Voting Certificate means, in relation to any Meeting, a certificate in the English language issued by a Paying Agent and dated in which it is stated:

  • Affirmative consent means affirmative, conscious, and voluntary agreement to engage in sexual activity.

  • Required Vote has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.2(b);

  • Voting Agreements has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
