Reaffirmation Vote definition
Reaffirmation Vote means an election following the submission of a successful recall petition to determine if a City Official will be "reaffirmed" or "removed" from office.
Reaffirmation Agreement means that certain Reaffirmation Agreement dated as of the Closing Date made by each Borrower in favor of the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.
Voting Certificate means, in relation to any Meeting, a certificate in the English language issued by a Paying Agent and dated in which it is stated:
Affirmative consent means affirmative, conscious, and voluntary agreement to engage in sexual activity.
Required Vote has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.2(b);
Voting Agreements has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
