Ready to Ship definition

Ready to Ship means that the Equipment has been placed on a ship for delivery as evidence by (i) an original and two copies of Seller's signed commercial invoice; (ii) an original and two (2) copies of the packing list including a weight description for each package; (iii) an original bill of lading marked “shipped on board”; and (iv) an Insurance Certificate. Reliability Test is defined in Exhibit I. Scheduled Delivery Date is defined in Section 2.03. Scheduled Delivery Period is defined in Section 2.03. Seller is defined in the Recitals.
Ready to Ship means the time after the Successful Completion of the Pre-Shipment Review when a Flight Satellite is transferred by SUPPLIER, properly packed, to an insured freight forwarder, approved in writing by ORBCOMM, for transfer of the Flight Satellite to the Launch Site.
Ready to Ship means products signaled as being physically available, packed according to packaging guidelines, and ready to be transferred for delivery. • “Business/working day” shall mean a day (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) on which commercial banks generally are open for business in Nigeria.

Examples of Ready to Ship in a sentence

  • Seller shall be responsible for all storage costs prior to Delivery except in the case where, after the Scheduled Ready to Ship (“RTS”) Date (“Scheduled RTS Date”), any part of the Equipment cannot be shipped to the Delivery Point because Purchaser cannot accept delivery due to reasons other than those caused by Seller.

  • Payment of B▇▇▇▇▇ invoices shall be under 30 days after shipment or the Ready to Ship Date, as applicable.

  • S.; when the Seller makes such item Ready to Ship from the warehouse or from the manufacturer’s facility.

  • If a completed order is requested to be held or stored at USAC beyond 7 days from its original "Requested Ship Date or Ready to Ship" date, a storage fee of 1% per week of the unshipped order value may be assessed by USAC.

  • In the event Bioheart requests B▇▇▇▇▇ to store finished Products at its facility, B▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to do so at no charge; provided, however, title, responsibility and risk of loss of such stored Products shall pass to Bioheart at the Ready to Ship Date.

  • Company’s Sourcing department will identify in writing Vendors that are required to send the Ready to Ship.

  • Unless otherwise expressly provided in writing by Company's Sourcing and Logistics Department, Vendors required to send a Ready to Ship84 agree that a Ready to Ship shall be transmitted via EDI for each shipment made under any Purchase Order seventy-two (72) hours prior to ship date (to Company).

  • Unless otherwise expressly provided in writing by Company’s Sourcing and Logistics Department, Vendor shall be required to send a Ready to Ship35 agree that a Ready to Ship shall be transmitted via EDI for each shipment made under any Purchase Order seventy-two (72) hours prior to ship date (to Company).

  • SUPPLIER shall bear the cost of storage and insurance until the Flight Satellite is Ready to Ship, subject to the following: If delays in shipment of a Shipset caused by ORBCOMM are in excess of ninety (90) days (the “Storage Grace Period”), ORBCOMM shall pay SUPPLIER $[* * *]/month (pro rated for partial months) per Shipset for such delays in excess of the Storage Grace Period.
