Ready state definition

Ready state means Contractor employees and subcontractors who: (i) were willing, ready, and able to return to work within a two-hour window; (ii) are considered "high-risk," and on that basis choose not to return to work (unless the factors described in paragraph (b)(3)(B) apply), or (iii) were ordered by the Government or the Contractor to quarantine due to COVID-19 related illness or believed exposure to COVID-19.
