Ready for Commissioning definition

Ready for Commissioning means the City has accepted the Turnover Package for a System and can commence commissioning and start up activities with respect to that System.
Ready for Commissioning. (RFC) means the status of the Works at the point in time when the obligations in respect of the pre-commissioning tests required pursuant to Sub-Clause 7.4 [Testing by the Contractor] and Sub-Clause 9.1(a) have been complied with and that the commissioning tests required pursuant to Sub-Clause 9.1(b) can safely be commenced.
Ready for Commissioning means that the Works or any part thereof are substantially completed and Ready For Commissioning as defined under Clause 9 of the contract and evidenced by Contractor's submission to the Employer's Representative of the relevant pre- commissioning inspection report(s) in accordance therewith.

  • The date which is the earlier of (i) the forty-third Day after the Ready for Commissioning Date or (ii) the Ready for Hydrocarbons Date.

  • The date which is the forty-third (43rd) Day after the Ready for Commissioning Date.

  • Be considered prejudicial to the granting of the Ready for Commissioning Certificate: - Minor works which do not prevent the satisfactory operation of the Plant.
