Ready for Acceptance definition

Ready for Acceptance means a Milestone upon which the System or respective Part of the System is delivered, installed, implemented and integrated by the Supplier and is ready for the performance of the Acceptance Tests or PPS Acceptance Tests, as applicable. The Milestone may be considered completed only if ATP (Section 17) and ATS (Section 17) have been duly agreed upon in compliance with this Contract.

Examples of Ready for Acceptance in a sentence

  • Installation Installation shall mean materials, labour, testing and anything else necessary to be provided or undertaken by the Seller under the Contract to enable the System to be installed Ready for Acceptance.

  • The period between the announcement for Ready for Acceptance Tests and Issuance of Taking Over Certificate shall be 6 weeks in principal, however, in no case shall exceed 3 months.

  • CCG shall declare ,,Site Ready for Installation" (SRI) not later than 2 weeks before required ,,Ready for Acceptance" (RfA) date.

  • Ready for Acceptance (RFA) entry criteria to the AT&T lab are used to determine that the solution is ready for testing in the AT&T lab environment.

  • Vendor shall notify Exelon when the Operational Deliverable is Ready for Acceptance, provided that such notice shall not occur prior to the successful completion by Vendor of any installation tests.

  • Upon installation of the Goods, the Supplier shall notify the Purchaser in writing that the Goods are Ready for Acceptance.
