Readiness Time definition

Readiness Time means for the System a period of 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Examples of Readiness Time in a sentence

  • Ensuring the availability of the Support Centre during Readiness Time for the purpose of the Reporting of Defects and ensuring the provision of telephone consultations by the Supplier’s employees, equipped with sufficient qualifications and experience in issues concerning the operation of the System.

  • Probationary firefighters are excluded from receiving Physical Readiness Time Off.

  • Personnel who satisfactorily complete the Annual Fitness Evaluation will receive forty eight (48) Hours of Physical Readiness Time Off.

  • Ensuring that during Readiness Time, responses to the telephone and e-mail Defect Reports are made to the contact persons of the Client specified in Appendix 1 to this Agreement, by the responsible employees of the Supplier equipped with sufficient qualification and experience, while adhering to the Response Deadlines set out in Article 4.5.13 of this Agreement.
